Twitter User Accuses INEC Officials Of Demanding Bribe

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), yesterday, February 9, 2015, announced the extension of the deadline for the collection of permanent voters cards (PVCs) to March 8. However some Nigerians believe that the shift in the deadline is attended by many questions.
One of which is a certain (@DEDEAN), a Twitter user who exposed two INEC officials for allegedly charging him, and others who wanted to collect their PVC cards, N50.

According to him, the incident occurred at the Ogudu GRA Ward 43 in Lagos State. He also shared several pictures of the female INEC officials who reportedly demanded the amount from him.

Dasuki Vows To End Boko Haram In 6 Weeks

The National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki has assured Nigerians that the Boko Haram terrorist group will be defeat within six weeks.

How Jonathan Was Saved From Attack In Katsina

The Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of police in charge of Zone 1, covering Kano, Katsina and Jigawa states, Tambari Yabo Muhammad, has explained how he averted an attack against Presidnet Goodluck Jonathan during a political rally held in Katsina State recently.
According to Muhammad, who spoke on Monday during a workshop for police officers on how to ensure violence-free elections, he mobilised officers to avert an attack against the President by some thugs in Katsina State.

Buhari Is A better Choice To Jonathan- Soyinka

Wole Soyinka yesterday reviewed the polity ahead of the coming elections and adjudged the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, a better choice than President Goodluck Jonathan.
