Man who cried out after wife took another man to represent him at Cussons baby competition reconciles with her



 How nice. Parents of Morireoluwa, the winner of the 2015 Cussons baby moment, Mr and Mrs Yinka Davids, who were initially at loggerheads after the woman took another man to pose as the girl's dad at the grand finale of the competition on February 1st, (read here) have reconciled.

Intro

The fifth and newest revision of the psychology handbook the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM-5, is filled with conditions you've probably heard of before, such as anxiety and amnesia, but a few conditions that might be added in the new edition may be less commonly understood.
Experts are now reviewing the new version of the book, due to be published in May 2013, and determining which new diagnoses to include.
To make the cut, a condition should have a unique set of symptoms and a verifiable medical cause, said Dr. Theodore Stern, director of psychiatric consultation at Massachusetts General Hospital and professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, who is not involved in the review process.
Here are seven conditions under consideration for inclusion in the new edition.

Many Mental Disorders Affect Same Brain Regions

Many vastly different mental-health disorders, ranging from schizophrenia to depression, stem from the same brain regions, according to a new study.In the study, researchers compared the results of hundreds of brain imaging studies covering six major psychiatric disorders. They found that most of the disorders were linked to gray matter loss in a network of three brain regions involved in higher cognitive functions, such as self-control and certain types of memory.

I Will Win The Presidential Election By A Wide Margin - Buhari

The presidential candidate of Nigeria’s main opposition party the All Progressives Congress (APC) Gen Muhammadu Buhari, told AFP on Friday, February 6, that he is expecting to win next week’s presidential election by a wide margin.

Boko Haram releases new videos, stones adulterer to death, amputates thief

The Boko Haram sect today released three new videos on Youtube (that have since been taken down) showing how a man accused of committing adultery was stoned to death. The sect members also amputated a man's hand for stealing.

In one of the videos which was released in three parts, a man buried in the ground with only his head visible, is seen being stoned to death by a crowd. They accused him of adultery. Another part of the video showed a man's hand being amputated for 'stealing'. Young men were also shown being flogged for committing fornication.

In one of the videos, the sect leader, Abubakar Shekau denied claims by Nigerian military that they repelled the December 1st attack on Damaturu in Yobe state carried out by the terrorist group.
